Dying Eggs.

Day 101
My friend Katie came over to dye eggs for Easter. It was definitely a throw back to the good ol' days. I like doing things that I did when I was younger, it makes me feel young. Our eggs came out awesome, the dye was much brighter than I remember them being before. My friend was looking all over for dye and could only find Disney princess, not like that was a bad thing. I have a thing for the Disney princesses. I grew up with them and they have sentimental value to me. Parents these days are so protective of their children when it comes to the Disney princesses. I call those people, "lazy" parents. Who cares if the cartoon princesses are rescued by men or talking animals or objects? Honestly, I believe all little girls should be treated like princesses. We all deserve that type of respect from men and women alike. I don't have an issue with the "princess" thing. I do, however, understand that it can be taken too far but that is when the parent should step in and explain that "prince charming" doesn't always come along and that it's okay to take risks. Anyway, back to the eggs. It was fun and I'm really happy my friend brought up the idea! Plus, the eggs tasted pretty good if I do say so myself! I took a million pictures because I just loved the color of the eggs. Oh, and the princesses of course.
